By confirming your order, you accept the following Terms of Use and enter into a binding agreement with badboy s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”, “we” or “us”).

Once we have received your order, you will be sent an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

For customers from the Czech Republic prices include VAT. Buyers who are EU registered VAT payers are requested to indicate their VAT number in the registration and VAT will not be included in the price of the goods.

Payment options

Online payments are provided for us by the ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Credit card payment

The fastest way to pay online. In the ComGate payment gateway interface, enter the card number, validity date and CVC code - three numbers, which you will find in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you will receive by SMS from your bank.

Payment by bank transfer

Immediate payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway redirects you to your internet banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the already prepared payment order.

After completing the payment, you will be redirected back to the store. Payment is confirmed immediately, we will continue to execute the order without delay.

The goods will be shipped to you as soon as we receive payment for it and are ready to ship. For customers from the Czech and Slovak Republics who have chosen cash on delivery, the goods will be ready for dispatch. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the offered goods will always be available. All orders are delivered by an external delivery company PPL / DHL.

If you received a damaged or defective item, you must e-mail us within 24 hours of delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging or product on delivery, refuse the order and contact us immediately.

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Customers have the right to cancel an order for a full refund at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection, provided that the goods are unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at badboyposta@gmail.com  within 10 days after the day of delivery to resolve any issues.

Returns

The returned products must be unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink wrap intact), with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy. We will refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product. We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason.

Badboy s.r.o. is committed to respecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders on our online shop. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. In addition, when you place and order, your personal information is safe and will only be seen by fully qualified staff to process your order and will not be shared. Your payment information is completely secure and not seen by us or anyone else. Our goal is to provide a fully transparent experience.
